Gua Sha is an effective non-drug therapy that stimulates and enhances the body's natural disease resistance and immune function.
The therapeutic effect of Gua Sha lies in its ability to regulate the body. The effectiveness of the treatment comes from the movement of the scraping tool, which produces a quick and powerful result, similar to the response of a drum to a drumstick. This technique stimulates acupuncture points and meridians, helping to clear blockages in the body and promote the smooth flow of blood and qi, ultimately supporting overall health.
The appearance of sha (red marks) and its subsequent disappearance is a sign of self-healing, a result of microcirculatory improvement. Gua Sha is an excellent form of stimulation therapy that can correct abnormal functional states without interfering with normal physiological functions, aiming to restore the balance of the body's internal environment.
