4. Psychiatric patients. People who are highly neurotic, particularly nervous, afraid of scraping【Gua Sha】, or have a history of dizziness during scraping【Gua Sha】.
5. Patients with diabetes, severe varicose veins, and vasculitis. 
6. Patients with infectious skin diseases, contact skin diseases (scabies, tinea corporic, tinea capitis, etc.), highly allergic skin, and positive purpura of skin scratch disease. 
7. Patients with tetanus and rabies【hydrophobia】. 
8. Patients with joint effusion, rheumatoid arthritis, bone tumors, fractures. 
9. Pregnant women, menstrual period, fasting and within 1 hour after meal.
